We work closely with our clients to truly understand their challenges and goals — and from there, design the best possible solutions. Your work will vary depending on each client’s needs and your own interests, and may include:
• Collaborating with colleagues to help clients develop their business and take the next step in their data maturity.
• Analyzing data and transforming insights into solutions that create real value and impact.
• Building strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and driving your own initiatives — if that’s something you enjoy.
• Contributing to shaping the future of Brightlytix and influencing the direction of our projects.

Is this you?
We’re looking for someone with experience in Data Engineering, BI development, or programming who’s ready to take the next step in their career — and join a young, growing company working with Big Data, AI, and Business Intelligence.
You enjoy being part of developing both client solutions and our own business, and like to combine hands-on development with the opportunity to influence and shape the direction of projects. Experience and technical skills are important, but we value curiosity, a desire to learn, and the drive to grow just as much.
We believe you might have:
• A relevant academic background or equivalent experience.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and Python, and maybe experience with NoSQL, Java, Scala, or C#.
• Experience in data modeling and integrating through APIs.
• Worked with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with SaaS data platforms like Databricks, Snowflake, or Fabric.
• Worked with visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
• A natural curiosity and drive to explore new ideas and solutions.
• An interest in contributing to a relaxed, collaborative and humble environment where you can grow.
